  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (or your favorite nut butter)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp MCT Oil
  • 1/2 cup Ice
  • 1 scoop Collagen Peptide Protein Powder
  • 2 cup Cashew Milk Unsweetened
  • 1 sprinkle sea salt

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients except the sea salt in a high-speed blender and blend to the desired consistency.
